    Delivery cost

    Cards are posted 2nd Class Royal Mail.

    Prints are posted Royal Mail 48hrs and a tracking number is provided.

    When can I expect my order?

    All orders will be processed within 3-5 days working days.
    Items are usually delivered within 2-3 days of dispatch.

    Packaging

    All prints are shipped in a hardback cardboard envelope with an additional protective sleeve.

    Return Policy

    We currently do not offer returns on our products, but please get in touch at bywildandjolie@gmail.com if there is a problem with your order, and we would be happy to solve any issues.
