Refund policy

Please email bywildandjolie@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product if you have changed your mind and wish to return your print. We will offer a refund upon receipt, provided the items are in re-saleable condition. We do not pay for return shipping costs if you have just changed your mind. Please note custom & personalised prints are not returnable. 

We try our best to ensure your order arrives safely, but occasionally things do go wrong or get damaged in transit. If you have received a product you believe is faulty, please contact us at bywildandjolie@gmail.com and we will get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
